How does the Gift Card work?
The Gift Card is a format that allows you to pre-pay for therapy sessions and pass them on to someone else.
What is the Therapyside Gift Card?
The Gift Card consists of an activation code that can be found on the downloadable Gift Card and/or in the confirmation email sent to the recipient of the card once the purchaser has bought it.
General Conditions of Use
The use of the Card by the person using the Therapyside Gift Card implies acceptance of these general conditions of use, which are available on the website https://therapyside.com/en-gb/conditions-gbr
Therapyside reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such modifications shall not apply to Gift Cards used prior to the modification of these Terms and Conditions. The previous General Terms and Conditions shall apply to Gift Cards used prior to the new modification of the General Terms and Conditions.
How to obtain a Gift Card to give as a present if you are the purchaser?
On the website, go to the Gift Card section and select the type of sessions you want to buy (week or month). Then, click on Gift Now and fill in the details requested on the form.
After making the payment, you will see a downloadable Gift Card with the code that the beneficiary has to use to start the therapy. The beneficiary will also be sent a confirmation email. If you want to give it to them yourself, just check the box "I want to give the gift card myself" so that they don't receive the email, and you give them the code yourself.
How can you use the Gift Card if you are a beneficiary?
1) Access Therapyside: go to www.therapyside.com or download the Therapyside app on your mobile phone.
2) Register: fill in the sign-up form and enter your code before selecting your plan.
3) Meet your therapist: we put you in the hands of the most suitable therapist for you according to your needs and preferences.
4) Enjoy your gift: start your improvement process through weekly video sessions and an open chat with your psychologist.
How long is the Therapyside Gift Card valid for?
The Therapyside Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The validity date is reflected in the purchase confirmation email and in the email sent to the recipient.
How can the Therapyside Gift Card be redeemed?
The Therapyside Gift Card can only be redeemed for the plan indicated by the purchaser (week or month). No refunds are allowed at the request of the recipient. To redeem the card, follow the instructions outlined above under How can you use the Gift Card if you are a beneficiary?
Guarantee in case of Loss or Theft
If your v Gift Card is lost or stolen, and provided it has not been used in the meantime, you may contact Help Therapyside and request that the lost or stolen Therapyside Gift Card be exchanged for one of equal value at no additional charge. The new Gift Card will be sent to the recipient and/or purchaser via email.
The beneficiary and/or purchaser must take appropriate measures to retain and protect their activation code found on the Gift Card downloadable and/or in the confirmation email sent to the Beneficiary. Therapyside shall not be liable in the event of communication to the public and/or disclosure of these confidential items.
Therapyside reserves the right not to follow up on the claim of a Beneficiary who has purchased his or her Gift Card outside the authorized distribution network, and especially in case of purchase from a private individual or on an unofficial website.

Any complaint or request for information, in particular concerning the purchase, refund, redemption or operation of Therapyside Gift Cards, should be addressed to Therapyside via our website, in the "Contact" section.
Applicable Law
Except in the case of consumers, including customers who have that consideration, which will follow the provisions of the Act, Users and Altania del Mar submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain) in relation to any dispute over the validity, effectiveness, compliance, interpretation, enforcement or any other matter relating to the Contractual Relationship.
