# How does the therapy work?

## In Therapyside, therapy sessions are arranged by automatically renewing plan subscriptions.

On the sign-up form, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs. Once you have registered, you will have your own account to communicate with your psychologist. On the day of the appointment you have agreed upon, your psychologist will call you through the chat at the scheduled time to make the video call.

**The therapist is the only one who can start the videocalls.  **

If you click the off-hook icon when the psychologist calls you, you will initiate the videocall and the session will be recorded. From the session and payment history section, you will be able to keep track of the sessions completed or pending to enjoy your plan.

When the time comes to end the therapeutic process, your psychologist will discharge you from the plan so that you can cancel your subscription.
