How to change plan?

If you would like to make a plan change, we recommend that you discuss it beforehand with your therapist so that he or she can advise you on the options that best suit your needs.

The change must be requested at least 24 hours before the end of your current plan for the request to be effective. The new plan will not be applied until your next month's subscription.

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan, simply go to your account settings, click on "My Subscription", and then click on "Change Subscription". Here you will be able to choose between the available public plans.
