How to solve issues with notifications?

If at any time you are not getting notifications, you need to check that the permissions are correctly enabled on your devices.

Chrome:

  • Access the platform and login.
  • Click on the three dots of the web address settings and, inside, under "Privacy and security", look for "Site settings".
  • In the new screen, look for "Notifications" and select the "Allow" option.

Firefox: 

  • Access the platform and login.
  • Click on the web address settings button.
  • Click on the arrow to the right of the drop-down panel.
  • In the next window, click on "More info" and another screen will open where you need to click on "Permissions" and select "Allow".

On your mobile phone: 

  • Log in to the app.
  • Enter your settings menu.
  • Select the Notifications tab.
  • Verify that the checkboxes are enabled.
  • Now go to your own mobile settings.
    • On iPhone, select Notifications, find the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is enabled.
    • On Android, look in the Apps section directly for the app and check that notifications are allowed.
