# How to solve issues with notifications?

## If at any time you are not getting notifications, you need to check that the permissions are correctly enabled on your devices.

### **Chrome:**

- Access the platform and **login**.
- Click on the three dots of the web address settings and, inside, under **"Privacy and security**", look for **"Site settings"**.
- In the new screen, look for **"Notifications"** and select the **"Allow"** option.

**Firefox: **

- Access the platform and **login**.
- Click on the **web address settings** button.
- Click on the arrow to the right of the drop-down panel.
- In the next window, click on **"More info**" and another screen will open where you need to click on **"Permissions"** and select** "Allow"**.

**On your mobile phone: **

- **Log in** to the app.
- Enter your** settings menu**.
- Select the **Notifications** tab.
- Verify that the checkboxes are enabled.
- Now go to your own mobile settings.  
    - On **iPhone**, select Notifications, find the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is enabled.
    - On **Android**, look in the Apps section directly for the app and check that notifications are allowed.
